  Jerry Melwani is a graduate of Bachelor of Arts major in English. Has completed his Master in Business Management. He is one of the pillars of the prestigious and established international school in Africa. He has earned a great exposure in academe at young age. He, as the school director of Young Gemynds International School, has been a dedicated educator.
  He has a great deal of accomplishments in overseeing the tedious tasks of being an administrator in the institution. He demonstrates superb leadership and communication skills. He is a well-oriented and proactive with strong commitment to creating a global-quality educational standard that develops a child’s potential.
  Having a long term experience as school head of Smart Kids Young Gemynds International, Jakarta, Indonesia, he easily cultivates trusting and productive relationships with students, parents, teachers and staff. He is well-loved individual who also shows great understanding and compassion with everyone.
  As part of the institution’s aim, he makes sure to keep the integrity of the school. He meticulously monitors classroom teaching, student achievement, and goal attainment. He mentors teachers on proper procedures for implementing and teaching approved curricula. He is continuously assessing student learning and classroom instruction and make changes as need to improve student skill. He is optimistic in future planning for implementing a database of student records.
